1. Introduction

Welcome to Ajanta Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Ajanta Studio provides professional photography and videography services for weddings, events, portraits, and commercial projects. These Terms outline the agreement between Ajanta Studio ("we," "us," "our") and the client ("you," "your").

2. Services

Ajanta Studio offers photography and videography services as described on our website and in our service agreements. The specific details of services to be provided will be outlined in a separate contract or booking agreement.

2.1 Service Description

Our services may include but are not limited to:

• Wedding photography and videography
• Event coverage
• Portrait sessions
• Commercial photography
• Photo editing and retouching
• Video editing and production
• Online gallery hosting
• Print products and albums

2.2 Service Quality

We strive to provide the highest quality services. However, the artistic style and interpretation of events are at the discretion of our photographers and videographers. We cannot guarantee specific shots or scenes, especially at live events where conditions may be unpredictable.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only when:

• A signed contract has been received
• The non-refundable booking fee/deposit has been paid
• Written confirmation has been provided by Ajanta Studio

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your date
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date
• For portrait sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking
• Additional products or services ordered after the initial agreement will be billed separately

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

• Delay in delivery of final products
• Late payment fees (1.5% per month on outstanding balances)
• Cancellation of services if payment is not received by the due date

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

If you cancel your booking:

• The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: 50% of payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded
• Cancellations made 30-90 days before the event: 25% of payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided

4.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, subject to our availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. If we cannot accommodate the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

4.3 Cancellation by Ajanta Studio

In the unlikely event that Ajanta Studio must cancel due to illness, accident, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will:

• Make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer/videographer of similar style and experience
• If no replacement can be found, provide a full refund of all payments made
• Our liability is limited to the refund of payments received

5. Delivery of Work

5.1 Timeframes

Typical delivery timeframes are:

• Wedding photography: 6-8 weeks
• Wedding videography: 8-12 weeks
• Portrait sessions: 2-3 weeks
• Commercial projects: As specified in the contract

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or for complex projects.

5.2 Delivery Methods

Final deliverables will be provided via:

• Online gallery for digital images
• Digital download links
• Physical products shipped to your provided address

5.3 Quality Control

We maintain high standards for our work. However, we reserve the right to determine which images are delivered based on our professional judgment of quality, composition, and relevance.

6. Copyright & Usage

6.1 Copyright Ownership

Ajanta Studio retains copyright ownership of all images and videos created. This is standard practice in the photography and videography industry.

6.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to:

• Use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Print and share images for personal use
• Post images on personal social media accounts with credit to Ajanta Studio

6.3 Commercial Usage

Commercial use of any images or videos requires written permission from Ajanta Studio and may involve additional licensing fees.

6.4 Portfolio Usage

By engaging our services, you grant Ajanta Studio permission to use images and videos from your session for portfolio, marketing, social media, contests, and other promotional purposes. If you wish to restrict this usage, please discuss this with us before booking.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Ajanta Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to digital files after delivery
• Color variations between digital images and printed products

8.2 Equipment Failure

While we use professional equipment and take precautions against equipment failure, in the event of technical failure, loss, or damage to images, our liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

8.3 Force Majeure

Ajanta Studio is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather conditions, illness, accidents, or other emergencies.

9. Changes to Terms

Ajanta Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
